This has been a very pleasant day. I have been cutting out a new under waist. I have got my Chemise finished.
Melia went to the village this afternoon. She got 2 yards of buff calico to make me a waist and 3 yards of dark to make a pair of aprons. The dark was a shilling a yard, and the buff was 17¢ per yard.
Rob got home from grand Blanck about 6 o’clock.
