This has been a delightful day, and
very warm. I went out and picked hops this afternoon. I picked 8 bushels.
Melia took Ruth and the children up
to Mr. Mendham’s this afternoon.
We have not had any men folks here
this [day?], only our own. David could not come.
Maria washed to day.
