A Splendid day! I started for home at ½ past 6 this morning and arrived at home at just 2 o’clock! Ruth and the Children came out with me to make a visit of 2 weeks.
I found our folks usaly well.
We had a very pleasant Journey indeed! Rob met us at Holly with the horses and buggy and the fare was 1 dollar and 60¢ from Holly by the cars [?].
Cars? Train cars maybe.
