This has been quite a pleasant day. Melia iorned this forenoon, and I baked some pies, and this afternoon I have been at work on Rob’s shirt, and Melia has been sewing on her night gown. She has got [it] done except the trimming.
Clara went down town this afternoon to get the mail, but she did not get any letters. I feel quite disappointed, for I expected one from Add.
