This has been quite a cold day, but not as windy as yesterday. We washed this forenoon, and this afternoon Melia and I cut some meat real [?] to cut into sausages. We made about 41 pounds. We put it through the cutter this evening.
Pa has been out to James Hoten’s this afternoon to make an arch for him. Rob is at New Hudson yet.
