This has been another dull, cloudy,
dull day, and it has rained some. Melia and I and Maria went over to Nellie
Stevens, and we staid all the afternoon. I did not get any more subscribers to
day. We found them both cleaning house, but they stopped and visited with us,
so we had a pleasant visit.
Billy went over to Mr. Davis to
husk [?] corn. Pa has been at work in the village.
