Well, and still another hot, dry day! I have been pitting cherries to day. Mrs. Hubbard has been picking currants and getting them ready to dry.
We had cherry pie for dinner.
Add has got sights of currants, and they are such beauties, too! We have all the green peas we can eat now. The farmers are beginning to cut their hay now.
