Oh, the heat! It is terrible! It seems to me I never saw it so warm!
We went up to Sabbath school at one o’clock. Mrs. Hubbard did not go up. It was so very warm, there was not any preaching to day.
Miss Terry came up this evening.
I don’t know what we will do if we don’t get rain. Soon everything is suffering!
