And still the heat continues, and no rain! We did not wash to day, for we have got to cleanse water from the well.
We have been taking care of currants to day. I never see such [a] beautiful lot currants as Add has got. The Cherries are nice and ripe now.
They have continued to have 3 weeks’ more vacation.
I made some bread, the first since my illness.
