Tuesday, June 2, 1868

This has been another pleasant day. Add washed to day. I helped her do the work, and this afternoon I set up one of my stockings.
Clara came down last night to see me. She has gone back this morning.
Henry and Add have gone up to Mr. Parker’s this evening to a sing.
I [am] pretty well to day.

Mrs. Terry was here this morning.

Neice Notes: Celia's younger sister, Clara (then 15) had been on her own trip in Saginaw for the weeks leading up to this. She returned to Milford after Celia's arrival.
